Bayview College believes that strong leadership provides clear direction and support for staff and students alike. Specially designed and effectively led Curriculum Faculties inform teaching to modern standards, resulting in creative and engaging lessons for all students.

The Bayview College leadership team consists of:

Direct student leadership is provided through the various student leaders:

• 2009 School Leaders: Kaitlyn Cameron, Claire Gabriel, Jacob Tober and Jackson Tozer

Strong student representation is reinforced through the activities of the Student Representative Council (SRC), a body made up of students to give voice to student needs, wants and concerns. The SRC runs various fund raising activities throughout the year, spending the results on both charitable causes and activities/equipment for student enjoyment.
